Gary L. Carney

Vice President

Gary has taken over 29 years of mechanical engineering experience in the power indusrty and formatted it so as to provide the company's clients with state of the art, innovative man hour saving methods. He is a graduate of the West Virginia Institute of Technology, Montgomery, West Virginia. Gary also has extensive experience in metallurgy, state of the art welding processes and procedures as well as alloy fabrication.

Safety has been, and will remain his priority criteria for new construction methods and designs. Chimney construction creates an extensive challenge in and of itself. To help negate the risk, Gary co-authored one of the first OSHA approved personnel access methods that is still employed today, which involves providing test data and then fabricating the device. This method continues to provide the stack liner industry with a safer more productive place to work.

Gary's duties include directing the Nitro, West Virginia based engineering department and specialty fabrication shop where a single line of responsibility for design, procurement, fabrication and quality has proven successful time and time again. Gary currently holds patents for six separate rigging devices and methods.
